Total intake ;

• Jevity infusing for 50 ml / hr for 10 hr, So it would be total of 500 ml
• At 6. 15, 50 ml free water
• 500 ml of RBC
• Then 20 ml saline flush
• Zosyn with 50 ml NS
• 10 ml saline flush.

Therefore the total intake would be 500 +50+500+20+50+10= 1130 ml

Total output ;

• Ileostomy = 300 ml
• NG suction = 50 ml
• urine = 1850 ml
• Wound drainage = 100 ml

Therefore the total output would be 300 + 50 + 1850 + 100 = 2300 ml
