Ethics are been set by the company for accountants to set the ethical behaviour.
Ethical behaviour tends to be good for business because of its key moral principles such as confidentiality, honesty,dignity, and equality.
Managerial accounting is a part of internal business and is responsible for managing a company's financial information
Ethical standards in managerial accounting ensures that the information is reported in full with out any bias. Managerial accounting contains a sensitive information so, by having an ethical behaviour management maintains confidentiality.
If that sensitive has been used for the personal purposes it can destroy the business and put in several problems.
So it is very important to consider ethical behaviour in case of managerial accounting.
