We know that,

1000 mL of 1M NaOH solution contain 1 mole of NaOH

So, 1 ml of 1M NaOH solution contain 1 /1000 mole of NaOH

or, 20.5 mL of 0.3 M NaOH solution contain (20.5 x 0.3) /1000 = 0.006 mole of NaOH

ANSWER : 0.006 moles of NaOH are present in 20.5 mL of 0.3 M NaOH.
