The value of K for the hydration reaction involving ketone B will be higher than that the value of K for the hydration reaction involving A.

This statement is true. This is due to the fact that after hydration reaction of ketone B, there will be a hydrogen bonding between F atom and H of OH bond but for hydration form of ketone A no such hydrogen bonding is formed. Since hydration form of ketone B is more stable than that of ketone A thus equilibrium shifts to the product side for B at a faster rate than that of A.
