teres has a difficult time dealing with orlando gutierrez he comes for appointments twice a month and is trying desperately to lose weight. he currently weight 435 pounds he is a pleasant person but teresa has been raised to believe that those who are overweight are lazy individuals how might teresa's personal value system conflict with professionalism in this case? how can she interact with the patients respectfully?

The personal value system reflects one's behaviour.she may loss her professionalism in this case.she may not exhibit it directly to the client instead it will do spending less time with client.she may not interested in providing training and counselling to the client.Thus she behaves partially to the client.Humans are always consider their inner needs than their professionalism hence like this cases they may not in the position to fully avoid the client instead they behaves partially to those clients thus they attain their personal value system.Her interaction with all the patients depend on her own belief system and interest in her own profession.If her perception is poor in viewing all clients then she react as same as the above mentioned client.The health care professional always must have good perception in all hence they can provide the care fully to the client.
