Direction of magnetic field due to a moving point charge is given by Maxwell's right hand rule

point the thumb of your right in the direction of velocity of positive charge(current) and then curl your fingers, the direction of the fingers represent the direction of magnetic field

At point A, magnetic field is directed outwards

At point B, magnetic field is directed inwards

At point C, magnetic field is zero
