1)Fecal occult blood test is test for checking stool samples for hidden blood. It is necessary to diagnose various disorder like colon cancer or polyp in colon or rectum.

Instructions - collect stool sample which is not mixed with urine or other fluid. After collection bring the sample within 48 hrs to lab .

2)sign- dull pain in abdomen and severe pain in lower right abdomen. Associated with diarrhoea, vomiting, nausea, fever, chills.

Question ask from patient -- ask whether fever occurs first and pain near belly button. And then pain moves toward lower right corner accompanied by nausea, vomiting.

Test .. Usually diagnosed on basis of patient history and physical examination. But many test are done like X ray, CT scan, laproscopy etc.

3) Barium swallow is a test use to determine cause of painful swallowing, abdominal pain, bloodstained vomit. Barium sulfate is a compound that sees on X ray.

Instructions to patient -- Do not drink or eat 6 hours before the procedure. May drink small sip of water 2 hours before procedure.

4)) colonoscopy used to detect changes or abnormalities in colon or rectum. John should response in anger. Patient preparation.. Don't eat solid food one day before procedure,, consume only clear liquids.

5) ultrasound is the safest method to diagnose cholelithiasis in pregnant women. Other test may damage the foetus.

Diagnosis -- upper GI endoscopy

Treatment --self care like diet modifications and medication like antacid. Ppi

C)) constipation - time period,, dietary habits,, previous history.

D)) abdominal pain, -- severity,, progression,, other symptoms

4)) staphylococcus aureus source -- contaminated food, water,, air

Sign and symptoms --nausea, vomiting,, diarrhoea

E. Coli -- source contaminated food

Sign and symptoms --diarrhoea, vomiting,, nausea,, abdominal cramps, pain

Salmonella species --contaminated food,, water,, egg, poultry meat,, pig meat

Sign and symptoms --diarrhoea,, fever,, chills,, abdominal pain
