Translation of evidence is the evidence obtained from research findings are translated into clinical practice to improve patient outcomes.

Organizational culture is one of the biggest barriers in the translation of evidence-based practice into the clinical areas. The organizational goal and policies doesn't allow to follow the practices. Despite, nurse managers and leaders won't support us to implement research findings in the clinical area. Lack of change of organizational behavior to constantly support the health workers in the implementation of evidence-based practice.

For example, Lack of time doesn't allow the nurses to implement EBP. Lack of funds and resources limits the nurse in the practice of evidence-based practice.

This can be eliminated by placing EBP mentors in the organization who can work with health care professionals and made adequate changes. They help the nurses for implementing EBP into clinical practice. Continuing and ongoing nursing education program also helps the nurse for updating of evidence-based practice and to learn the new skills.
