The first negative externality is the pollution via emission of harmful substances by the factories that has led to the climate change. These emissions have caused increased content of carbon family or greenhouse gases, resulting into the increase in overall temperature of the climate and climate change takes place. The second negative externality of passing of sewage to the water sources and disturbing the eco-system that also affects the climate and climate change takes place. The third negative externality of excessive removal of green forestry, causing harmful changes in environment and forcing climate to show inappropriate changes.
