Human rights are the rights and freedom which are basic in nature and that are to be granted to every human being on this planet irrespective of their nationality,religion,origin or any other condition .These are based on the sense of dignity,respect,equality and independence.

Question 11 - True

These are traditional rules which were made in order to control and regulate the violence and aggression during the war with an ultimate goal of reducing the damage on both the parties undergoing a war.

But these are not generally followed as it is war itself is the ultimate aggressive step taken by the countries after all the steps like diplomacy,sanctions,politics etc., steps fail to achieve their desired outcomes.
