Atmospheric pressure in psi = 14.696 psi

Using Boyle's law, we find the volume under normal pressure (V) that this 5 L of compressed air occupies.

P * V = constant

3000 * 5 = 14.696 * V

Solving, V = 1020.69 L

Time a person can breathe = Volume / rate of breathing = 1020.69 / 10 = 102.069 = 102.07 Minutes
