As Ka increases, acidity increases and pH decreases, thus HF is more acidic and pH is less than HClO.

As Kb increases, basicity increases and pH increases. Thus, methyl amine is more basic and pH is higher than pyridine.

So, order is :

Least pH : HF<HClO<C5H5N < CH3NH2 (High pH)
