Heat transferred to the boiling water each second = 2.26*10^{6}*1.1*10^{-3}=2486\ J

Bottom area of the pan = \pi *0.07^{2}=0.0154\ m^{2}

Temperature difference across the bottom of the pan = \frac{Qd}{KAt}=\frac{2486*0.08}{220*0.0154} = 58.70 \ degree\ celcius
