IMPACT OF REIMBURSEMENT SYSTEM IN VARIOUS FIELD OF HEALTH CARE SYSTEM ::::::::(1). This system promote timely cost effective delivery of appropriate quality health care services to its beneficiaries especially by physicians as they are paid by system,they are more interested to care the patients.Moreover,the volume based care become value based care to meet clients expectations .Patient get more satisfied by their physicians attitude towards during checkups.Furthermore,many physicians boost their productivity to maximize value based reimbursement. (2). Ambulatory surgery centers are capable to decrease health care cost compared to others due to lower reimbursement.Cost of surgical procedures in ambulatory surgery centers are less as compared to out patient departments .They get more options to choose common medical treatment after the introduction of this system. (3) Due to quality care and reimbursement facility more patient do consultation with their physician in their chambers.While,most of the surgery patient like to do their dressing and other related surgical procedures in ambulatory surgery due to less payment facility than out patient department ADVANTAGES ANDBENEFITS::::::::: 1). It improves the quality of health care 2).Doctors productivity get increased 3).
