According to electromagnetic spectra, the photon having more energy would possess higher frequency and lower wavelength and vice versa. In given question photon A is releasing less energy as compare to photon B. Therefore Photon A would have less frequency and higher wavelength as compare to photon B. In this way option 3rd and 4th is not correct. Also according to Visible light spectrum (VIBGYOR), the red light has more wavelength than green light. since A has higher wavelength so, if it is green than it is not possible for B to be red since B should have color of lower wavelength than A. therefore option 1st is correct.
