Answer #1

Hello Sir/ mam

YOUR REQUIRED ANSWER IS 5.07%

Given that:

Market Cap of Equity = $118,926,000

Debt = $35,605,000

Hence, Debt to Capital Ratio = 0.23

Equity to Capital Ratio = 0.77

Also give that:

Cost of Equity = 6.1%

Cost of debt = 2.25%*(1-27%) = 1.64%

Hence,

WACC = (0.23 * 1.64%) + (0.77 * 6.1%) = 5.07%

I hope this solves your doubt.
