1)

Accrued expenses are recorded as follows :

Date Particulars Amount Dr Amount Cr
xxxx Expenses xxxx
    Expenses Payable xxxx
( Being expenses accrued recorded)

So, when expenses are recorded as $130 in place of $150, expenses are understated and liabilities are also understated as per above journal entry

So, as per above discussion, option c is the correct option
