Dose of Zofran available in market= 2mg/ml

So the nurse should administrator= 1/2× 4= 2ml

In 8 hrs= 25× 8= 200cc

TPN@50cc /hr

In 8 hr= 50× 8= 400cc

Lipids@ 10cc/hr for 12 hours

In 8 hrs= 10× 3= 30cc

10)Total intake= 1330cc

Total output= 550ml

1cc= 1ml

Difference= 1330ml- 550ml= 780ml
