the current in wire 2 , I2 = 64 A

separation between wires , r = 75 cm = 0.75 m

length of each wire , l = 20 m

a)

the magnetic force exerted by each wire segment , F = u0 * I1 * I2 * l /(2*pi*r)

F = 1.26 * 10^-6 * 37 * 64 * 20 /(2*pi*0.75) N

F = 1.27 * 10^-2 N

b)

as the direction of current is same

the nature of force is attractive
