This is an E2 elimination reaction in which lodine acts as a leaving group. Since, base is an alkoxide base which is bulky base. So, this base will attack on the less hindered side. It will not attack from the more hindered side. So, the alkene will be the final product. Then the complete reaction with the step wise arrow pushing mechanism given as below:-
