C) Methodology / Analysis - we have captured all data in spreadsheet, and used summarization option to analysis data - We have clubbed all data at each category level plus Location level - we have captured average of waiting time, Age, GHSS, cost - data has been summarized in two way to analysis different variant of cost at various stages - now we have all information to discuss further D) Key Findings - we can see, highest number of cases are find from Pelican location and Government Category - We obserbed Avg Age of 51.19 Years, Avg GHSS 53.24, Avg Cost per patient - $ 4486.15 - We also see data based on age groups basis for each location - with reference to waiting time, we see Government Category at Moore Location and Uninsured at Pelican has more avg time - With reference to Age, Moore location has more Old Age pateint and also taking more waiting time. - with reference to Cost, Government Category has higher average cost and especially at Moore Location E) Interprations / Implications - We obserbed that Government Person at Moore Location taking more Waiting time, it is an opprtunity for management to review that area and try to reduce waiting area so that more pateint can be served and revenue can be generated more - Similarly waiting time for Uninsured cateory at Pelican Location to be reviewed to improve. May be by employing more support staff or extention of facilities etc - We see higher the GHSS, Avg cost is also high, excepting younger patient at Moore Location, may be due to extra-ordinary factor - So management can look pricing to link Prices to GHS score - Since the most cases were from Pelican Location, it is advisable to management to extend facilities in that area to serve more pateint and reduce waiting time to maximum possible extent
