AS we know that hydrogen bond is an interaction between Hydrogen and electronegative atom such as O,N F. Hydrogen bonding affects the properties of molecules such as high and low boiling point, solubility and so on.

In alcohols there is OH group due to which alcohols do hydrogen bonding that too extensive because of more electronegative O atom and this property also leads to solubility of alcohols in water, high boiling point etc in case of thiols there is SH group instead of OH group S is less electronegative than O anf thiols are less soluble in water

so all the options given in question explains the difference
