New york good samaritan laws insist about prevention of drug overdoses death, administering a defibrillator to resuscitate a person in a public situation or providing life- saving treatment in an emergency..This law compare the two action good faith to save person's life and against to legal action for saving the life...good Samaritan laws protect the person's life with different situation....For example in drug overdoses case if a person with signs of overdose symptoms like slow breath, making gurgling sound, bluish discoloration of lips law empower anyone can save the life of the person..

we can call 911 if anyone see drug overdose person..law can protect the persn from charges when substance are A2 felony offences, person with underaged, marijuana and paraphernalia other sharing drug overdoses..but law can not protect the people if tthey A1 felony of possession like drank more than a quantity, unintended substance, warrants for your arrest, any violation etc..while saving person life when they are in collapsed stage without help if any complications occured because of your action like while giving CPR if you break the ribs of the person legal action will be charged against you...so saving the person with legal rules will save the life of the person and you..

New York good samaritan law protects everyone who seeks medical assistance..this law empower the man act in good faith to save the life of the people.save the person with law rules and avoid criminal charges for your action....
