Number of units available for sale = Beginning inventory + Number of units purchased

= 210 + (280 + 140 + 260)

= 210 + 680

= 890 units

Number of units sold = 370 + 240

= 610 units

Ending inventory = Number of units available for sale - Number of units sold

= 890 - 610

= 280 units
