When a country's federal government makes a law, it is called as Federal Law of that country. For making such laws, a group of political units like the state provinces, central govt.,the sovereign groups, etc come and join and mutually form the law.

There are about thousands of federal laws in concerns to many varied variety of issues. One such law for the benefits of the employer is Labor Management Relations Act of 1947 (LMRA). This law provides health benefits in the employer-employee context by banning mainly the most payments by employers to labor organizations, thereby also permitting labor and managements to establish jointly in the administered health and welfare trusts, which are called Taft-Hartley trusts.
