43. H1N1 vaccine is given for the prevention of disease known as swine flu.

It is characterised with flu like symptoms like cough, cold , sour throat, fever, diarrhea. Untreated cases leads pneumonia and then death.

H1N1 vaccine in adults and children older than 10 years require a single dose of vaccine.

In children between age group of 6 months to 10 years two doses are required.

So the answer is two.

44. Immumoglobulins is given in conditions where reduced production or absence of antibodies occurs. Immumnoglobulins should npt be given intravenously. Intravenous injection of IGIM may lead to severe anaphylactic reaction and is dangerous.
