These 14 principles are Division of work, Authority, Discipline,Unity of Command, Unity of Direction, Remuneration,
Subordination of Individual Interests to the General Interest, Centralization, Scalar Chain, Order,Equity, Stability of Tenure of Personnel, Initiative and Esprit de Corps
