2. Signs of ADHD are :-

- Difficulty focusing, considerable daydreaming, forgetfulness, squirming or fidgeting, excessive talking, unnecessary risk taking, impatience, difficulty socializing.

3. Characteristics of narcolepsy are :-

Sleep attacks :

Overwhelming urge to sleep at inappropriate times

Cataplexy :

Sudden onset of REM paralysis; person remains conscious (physical collapse, no motor control)

Sleep paralysis :

REM paralysis that intrudes into waking just before or after sleep. Cause hypnagogic hallucinations.

4. The neurotransmitters that amphetamine stimulate the release of are catecholamines like dopamine and norepinephrine from the presynaptic terminals.

5. Side effects of amphetamine are :-

-Restlessness

-Insomnia

-Dry mouth

-Diarrhea

-Constipation

-Weight loss

-Impotence

Amphetamines (Adverse Reactions)

-Tachycardia

-HTN

-Heart palpitations
