Yes, a health care organisation's policy can assist in maintaining a secure network of information. Every health care organisation has it's own policies and rules and regulations in which one section is about the confidentiality of patients health information . The nurse are provided overview and training in their orientation period about the policies of hospital . From the time of their joining they are provided supervision on each and every procedurer related to medical or non medical aspects. So, nurses are well aware of the software which is being run in their hospital and what are it's term and policies. Individual nurse is provided login id's to use the software in which they record patient details which is well secured . By the provision of such supervision ,training on different software module and individual id's nurses can maintain a secure network of information.
