c(x) = $19+(x)*.1

Qs 10 . The first plan would be better if it is usually 500 text messages per month compared to flat $50 per month.

Total Cost = 250 messages + (Additional Message)*$0.1

= $19+ $(250*0.1) = $44. It is cheaper than flat $50 plan.
