The pattern is, as interest rate is rising Time is decreasing to achieve a same objective hence we can say that Time and Rate have a Inverse Relation

Formula In Excel =NPER(RATE,,PV,FV,0)

NOTE

We have taken PV in negative because it was our investment and hence it is outflow of Fund
