Medication non adherence increase the risk of hospitalization and poor outcome especially patient with CVC .in this study cohort methodology is not appropriate and there is chances of biases. Medication non adherence is related to sociodemographic variables but association is weak and varies among studies.
Medicatione rror are present approximately in half of the patient after hospital discharge and are more common among patient with health literacy.
