Though it stays only at 17th place when it comes to quality care.The survival rate is less compared to others.The increased cost can be found in the type of service or facility taken by the patient for treatment, the charges of the providers,the high cost prescription drug,elevated billing rate,the complex process of coding further leads to inflation in the billing,lack of transparency between healthcare providers, organization with the patient.All thus thing has contributed to the breakage of healthcare reform in America.

The main changes which can be proposed are

• Reducing the cost
• Covering all the prescription drugs in mediclaim
• Showing transparency in the expenditure the patient may encounter during admission or with ant procedure
• Increase in the number of primary care providers who can cut short the need for specialist referrals directly without an necessity
