For the analysis of the gas chromatography, you need to find out the area under the curve for each peak. This you can do by selecting the required peak area and doing the integration in the GC software itself.

The best way to analyze is to draw a calibration curve by plotting the area under the curve vs concentration of the known standard compound( which you are analyzing), and then by comparing the area from the reaction mixture.
