Step 1-Select all data

Step 2- Click on conditional formating and new rule.

Step 3- Click on " Use a formula to determine which cells to format

Step 4- Write rule as below

=AND($E18="Open",$G18>7000)

In my excel worksheet, I have written status in Col E and Amount in Col G. Therefore, in the formula, I used E and G.

$ is used before E and G in the formula to freeze the column.

Step 5 Click on Format to select the desired format.

Step 6 Click on Ok and you will get the desired result.
