please help me figure out the formula for this question

8. Felipe has created a lookup area in the range A4:B7. First, he wants to find the product name associated with the Order ID entered in cell B5. In cell B6, enter a formula using the INDEX and MATCH functions and structured references to the columns in the Orders table. Return a value from the Product Name column that exactly matches the value in cell B5, which is listed in the Order ID column of the Orders table.

Use this formula given below

=INDEX(B12:G37,MATCH(B5,B12:B37,0),3)

Note :I have bolded and underlined "37" in the above formual because as per the image available i had assumed that there are 37 rows in the data, if the rows are 100 use 100 in bolded number place i.e., replace 100 with 37
