Answer #1

Design a program before the visit of the regulatory agencies. Plan who will be the head of the compliance during the visit and who are the members present in the compliance committee. Check whether the policies and procedures are updated and code of ethics are followed. Discuss the issues that arise with the restraint patient and the key points to be discussed in the visit. Provide adequate training to the staff member about the policies, procedures, and documents acknowledged with the patient care. Maintain open communication with the compliance issues and clarify the doubts. Ready with the required documents necessary for the visits and be truthful with the document. Outline the visiting plan and make corrections wherever necessary.
