pKa (KH2PO4) = 7.21

p ka = - log Ka

mole of acid = 11.0 g KH2PO4/ 136.086 g/mol

=0.00808 Mole KH2PO4

Mole of salt = 21.0 g / 141.958841 g/mol

= 0.148 mole Na2H PO4

Now use Henderson-Hasselbach equation to calculate the pH:

pH = pKa + log[salt] / [acid]

pH =7.21 + log (0.148 /1.0 /00.808/1.0)

pH = 7.21 + log 18.3

pH = 7.21 + (1.26)

pH =8.47
