Hi Dear you cropped the spectrum, are you sure that there is no peaks other side, sometimes very small intensity peaks are considered by mistake as impurities, it's always good idea to post full spectrum. Normally Experts should not answer this type of questions where full spectrum is not posted, but you asked me " what are the chemical shifts , possible functionality and methly,methylene, methine or 4°" - possible hence i tried my best to answer this question.
