NAV of projects are at 10% discount rate

b = 8,774

c = 7,977

hence rak will be assigned as a 1st, b 2nd, c 3rd

IRR of projects are

a = 110.18%

b = 91.76%

c = 42.87%

hence rank will be assigned as a 1st, b 2nd, c 3rd

Requirement B

It is assumed that projects are non divisible

hence if company has 6 mm of fund then we recommend that company should go for project a and b

Requirement C

If company has 11mm of funds we recommend that company should go for project a, b and c
