primary halide > secondary halide > tertiary halide

primary halide is compound where halogen is attached to carbon which is attached to only one other carbon

secondary halide is compound where halogen is attached to carbon which is attached to two other carbon

tertiary halide is compound where halogen is attached to carbon which is attached to three other carbon

Left one is tertiary
Next one is primary
Next one is secondary but more hindered because of branching.
Last one is secondary but less hindered. So, it will faster than 3rd one

Answer: 4, 1, 3, 2
