E87.6 it is used to specify a diagnosis of hypokalemia it is not specific for only one disease it is symptoms of number of disorders so so it cannot be considered in this case, E11.9 coded for type2 diabetes mellitus without complication it is one of the probelm for the patient, px 0270322 dilation of coronary artery one artery , percutaneous approach , 121.09 is a specific code that can be used to indicate a diagnosis for reimbursement purpose. So here px 0270322 and 121.09 is used in this case.
