Answer #1

Mono amine oxidase inhibitors helps to produce serotonin, dopamine and nor adrenaline.

Cheese is a food which takes time to produce from milk due ro pasteurization process. Tyramine is an amino acid which is present inside cheese and as the cheese ages it increases more. Its also helps to control blood pressure. As a result if someone taking mono amine oxidase inhibitors which inhibits enzyme mono amine oxidas and breaks down tyramine, suddenly ingests large amount of cheese with it, tyramine level will go higher which will increase the blood pressure and will end up to an emergency treatment.
