Question asks regarding relationship between given pair of molecules :

1.

In first one both substituents are on equatorial position (e-Methyl and e-Fluorine): cis position, in second structure one substituents on axial position and other one on equatorial position (e-Methyl and a-Fluorine) : trans position. Both molecules have 2-stereocenters.

Compound with cis-substituents is have R,R configuration , other with trans-substituents is have R,S configuration : so, these have relationship as Diastereomers.

2. These two molecules have trans substituents, both have Ethyl and Phenyl substituents on equatorial positions (e-Ethyl and e-Phenyl) :trans position.Both molecules have 2-stereocenters.

First molecule have S,S configuration (Position of H-atom above Ethyl group and below Phenyl group)), other with is having R,R configuration (Position of H-atom below Ethyl group and above Phenyl group) : so, these have relationship as Enantiomers.
