Intentional Tort mean where intention to commit tort is quite imminent . Proof of causing tort is based on the fact that the defendant intended on causing harm to the other party with his or her behaviour

The reason to cause harm by an individual is irrelevant in tort and providing of any such

Reasons by the individuals does not protects him or her from the liability and responsibility of providing damage to the party

So above definition , we noticed that all of the above ( a duty owed , a breach of the duty and Injury or damaged to another is NOT required in the commission of intentional tort.

Intentional torts include battery , assault, false representation, trespass to land , trespass to chattels and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
