The Hearts in Hand Shelter is a half way house for abused and husband or partner leave women who need proper guidelines and counselling for womans who are vulnerable for mental changes or behavioural changes. As a nurse Robin C empower her client to speak their feelings and emotions that hurting them or put back from the main stream. Through engaging in various activities the clients ill feelings may reduce, for example the clients who living in Hearts in Hands Shelter have to help in cooking ,child care,and cleaning if they needs to stay in the shelter. As a nurse Robin C take care all those whether the clients are doing the assingned work up to the mark, and evalution of the work done by the client, and any half finished task, should be reported. Encourage the clients to complete the task assigned, if not, that should be come to the notice of the mental health nurse. Group counselling sections with the family members Robin C can active a good role play as an advocate, which givves more confident to the client to approach, ms Robin to ventilate their feelings and it helps the mental health nurse and the counsellors and if need, to psychiatrist to identify the mental health changes.
