sulphur(atomic no) - [Ne] 3s2 3p4

10)germanium - [Ar] 3d10 4s2 4p2

therefore germanium has 2 electrons in 4p orbital.

11) The p subshell can accomadate a maximum of 6 electrons , but here in sulphur it holds 4 electrons, which means that sulphur has 2 unpaired electrons , both located in the p subshell.

therefore flourine has 4 electrons in the s orbital
