Answer #1

Answer: Due to excessive population and diversity many factors influences the citizen from receiving a high quality of care quickly if they become ill. Due to socioeconomic factors, different racial and ethnicity leads to the communication problem as well as create hurdle in treating the patient. Dense population causes more workload on the healthcare professionals as their working hours' increases that leads to burn out and tiredness among them. This leads to low quality of care to the patients. Many factors such as autonomous nursing practice, adequate staffing, control over nursing practice, managerial support and patient-centered culture also affect the high quality of treatment obtained by the patients.
