The extra courses in the health acre always help the health professionals to be updated with their knowledge and to become the best skilled trainers. There are lot of shirt term and long term courses available to satisfy the urge of students. The hybrid course are those where by the face to face learning is being replaced by online learning activities under the students own pace.

I feel hybrid course provides the opportunity for the students to be updated with the current trends and knowledge and to update with their own pace and time. Some of these courses are also cost effective which makes everyone to take up sitting in their own place and to have access for questions answers all over the globe. The content between modules and in class work complemented each other as to have a best integration with theory and practice. As the first thing here we are able to rematch the lectures delivering the content again and again which makes us to have clear picture to connect and recall the in class. The classes when missed by a student is also met by this as the portion or that module can be taken up. This hybrid course made me to ease the material as I could access often to understand the concepts ask doubts in class as well as online to fill the gap. This helps me to have more confidence of my theory skills and practical skills which encourage me to conduct various research and use the evidence based practice in the best way when providing care.

This also leads me to be in a best position of medical assistant whereby I can be in touch with current trends and improve my comprehensive care through the best practice.
