4.5mcg/kg/min so for 1hour 60min hence 4.53*60 which gives you 270mcg/kg/hour.

Now each kg to multiplied with the required amount therefore 270*94.5 = 25650mcg

Now the iv strength is 1.2 grams where each gram is 1000 mg. 1mg = 1000 mcg where 1200mg is 1200000 mcg.

Formula is ml/hour is desired dose/stock strength × amount in ml.

25650/1200000×500= 11ml/hr can be administered.
